All machines and electrical equipment are maintained in good condition, experienced electrician at the site to do the electrical work and electrician license certificates are maintained.
Vidya Herbs ensures that all chemicals are correctly labeled, Material Safety Data Sheets are available for the chemicals used by the facility, and training provided on chemical handling for the users

1. The facility has established a policy and procedures on prohibition of child labour which states that the person less than 18 years old are not allowed to work in the facility.
2. This policy is communicated to all employees and displayed on notice board of the facility.
3. The facility has maintained the copies of Aadhaar card, school certificate, voter’s ID, and Dental doctor certificate for the verification of age of the employees.
4. The minimum hiring age for working in the facility is 18 years old and the facility has displayed the “No child labour policy” at the entrance of the facility.

at present facility has not engaged any subcontracting process and not using any Home workers.
We have whistle blowing policy for our employees as well as for our suppliers and stake holders. In addition, we have have appointed a Counsellor as an external representative to the Anti sexual harassment committee and Anti-sexual harassment committee representatives are communicating respective sections and workers to make sure aware of these channels.

Facility does not have or employ any foreign or immigrant employees. All employees are local employees who have legal right to work in the facility.
